HENSOLDT in France – Local initiatives
HENSOLDT in France is playing an active role in strengthening its commitment to society. We accept our role as a global citizen and local neighbour, and aim to drive social social development and environmental sustainability. We therefore support initiatives to improve the well-being of our employees and the environment.
Our commitment is also reflected in our corporate social responsibility (CSR) actions. In February 2013, HENSOLDT Nexeya France joined the United Nations Global Compact, becoming part of a global community of companies committed to respecting human rights, labour standards, to protecting the environment and promoting common anti-corruption principles.
MicroDON
We believe that small streams become great rivers, which is why we turned to MicroDON in 2021.
MicroDON enables employees to round up their salary and donate this extra money to associations that we choose together. Employees can also increase their donations, and give up to €10 if they wish. In any case, HENSOLDT doubles the donations made before they are transferred to the chosen associations!
HENSOLDT and its employees have chosen to support, among others the following institutions: Institut Curie, Banques Alimentaires, Fondation de France, The SeaCleaners, Fonds Adie, Bleuet de France.

Ecovadis gold medal
Every year, sustainability rating company Ecovadis evaluates HENSOLDT’s sustainable development approach, and every year, we improve our rating thanks to our commitment and willingness to progress in CSR subjects.
Since 2019, HENSOLDT France has been awarded the gold medal for its CSR performance, ranking among the most virtuous companies in its sector.
Professional equality
HENSOLDT is committed to gender equality in the workplace.
In France, HENSOLDT Nexeya France is continually improving its gender equality index score.
For the year 2023, the company has obtained a score of 84/100. HENSOLDT France SAS is also improving its equality index score, which is 88/100 for the year 2023.
