More than 50 years of experience

For more than 50 years, HENSOLDT France SAS has been developing, implementing and maintaining embedded cryptographic computers, secure data link solutions and a range of IFF equipment. It includes mode 5 military cryptographic computers, for which it is the only French provider, in particular for the Dassault Rafale, and short-range interrogators.

Designed to be modular and durable, its IFF range is AIMS (17-1000) and NATO STANAG 4193 Ed. 3 certified, guaranteeing total interoperability with NATO and allied countries. Teams supply the French Ministry of the Defence as well as the main industrial players in the defence domain: MBDA, Dassault, Nexter, etc. All products are designed, developed, integrated and tested in France.

Participation in European defence projects

HENSOLDT France SAS is involved in a number of strategic European defence land and air programmes, including PROTEAS (development of a deployable C2 prototype for Special Forces), MBT (definition of technologies for existing and future battle tanks) and ENGRT (analysis of technological requirements for the helicopter of the future).

With the support of Bpifrance, HENSOLDT France SAS is also looking to the future and is currently developing an embedded post-quantum cryptography technology to prepare for the emergence of quantum computers.
