In France, HENSOLDT forecasts an order intake of €120 million and employs 740 people across 15 industrial and proximity customer sites. HENSOLDT’s long-standing core expertise in France covers four areas: simulation and system integration, tactical communications and embedded cybersecurity, critical electronic equipment and services including maintenance.
HENSOLDT in France is made up of two legal entities, HENSOLDT Nexeya France and HENSOLDT France SAS, both members of the French DITB. HENSOLDT France SAS develops, installs and maintains secure data link solutions, cybersecurity solutions (embedded cryptographic computers) and IFF equipment. It is the only company in France to provide mode 5 cryptographic computers for the Dassault Rafale.
We provide our customers with concrete solutions to accelerate upstream phases and bring equipment and platforms to market successfully. Our products, designed and developed in France, also help to protect national interests, people, property and data. Our commitment to innovation has led to our involvement in European defence programmes such as rMCM, Eurodrone, ENGRT, PROTEAS and FMBTech. .

An inspiring journey with specialists and technologies
HENSOLDT France SAS and HENSOLDT Nexeya France are key players in the defense, critical infrastructure and mobility platform sectors, with distinct but complementary histories.
HENSOLDT France SAS has a long history in the field of cryptography, starting with SECRE and Compagnie des Signaux. Then MATRA, SI, EADS, Cassidian and Airbus DS until the acquisition of the latter by HENSOLDT in 2018.
HENSOLDT Nexeya France, originally named Eurilogic, has grown through the successive acquisitions of a number of specialist companies, including ADAS, ISIS-MPP and Midi Ingénierie. In 2018, Eurologic becomes Nexeya. In 2019, the HENSOLDT Group acquired Nexeya France which is now renamed HENSOLDT Nexeya France.
Together, these entities embody cutting-edge and tailor-made technology, delivering French sovereign solutions to defence and critical civil applications.

Aliette Quint
Aliette Quint is a graduate of the Franco-German Executive MBA program of ESSEC and the University of Mannheim. She is also holding a Master degree in European law and policies from the Institute for European Studies (Brussels).
After leading a public affairs consulting firm in Brussels where she spent 10 years working with European and national public and national public decision-makers, Aliette joined the Air Liquide Group in 2011 as Deputy Director European and International Affairs. She then defended the interests of new energies, as Director of Regulations and External Affairs at worldwide level for the Hydrogen Energy business unit from 2015. She is a former member of the board of Axane, Air Liquide’s subsidiary specialized in Fuel Cells and of the board of ALIAD, Air Liquide corporate venture. She also contributed to the launch of the Hydrogen Council and represented Air Liquide at the coordination committee.
Aliette joined HENSOLDT in France in 2019, first as Public Affairs Director, then as VP Public Affairs, Government Business Development and Innovation, before being nominated as President of HENSOLDT Nexeya France.
Philippe Guibourg
Philippe Guibourg is a graduate of the French Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale.
He started his professional career in MATRA Group in 1984 and has near 40-year experience in Aerospace and Defence industry. In 2008, he joined EADS Head Quarter in strategic functions. Before joining HENSOLDT, he was Deputy Head of Strategy of Airbus Group and became CEO of Airbus DS Electronics and Border Security SAS. He previously held various functions in MBDA, the missile systems subsidiary of Airbus, BAE Systems and Finmeccanica. In MBDA, he was successively Deputy Director of Air Defence Programme and Director of Product Strategy.
Following HENSOLDT group’s acquisition of NEXEYA France, the activities of HENSOLDT in France are structured into two Global Business Units – Philippe GUILBOURG became the Executive Vice-President of the GBU Defence and Security France on 1 October 2019, HENSOLDT France SAS being part of this GBU.
Since April 2018, Philippe GUILBOURG is president of HENSOLDT France SAS.
