SIMTCCC-XR
Simulated Tactical Combat Casualty Care-XRThe challenge
The training of medics should use realistic exercises to cover the full sequence of operational activities in emergency situations.
Medical field personnel must have the opportunity to learn and hone their skills in immersive and realistic scenarios that bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application to ensure that they are thoroughly prepared to handle diverse emergency situations effectively.
However, the training options currently on the market are limited to either practice in the virtual world or use in a real environment.
Our solution
With Simulated Tactical Casualty Care-XR, HENSOLDT combines the virtual world with real training. The simulation brings the stress level of a tactically relevant situation to life and increases the performance of the training participant and the entire group.
The solution uses a completely new technological approach to deploy medical training resources and integrate them into an effect network with environmental conditions. A realistic immersion is therefore created in the initially artificial environment of a simulator.
As a result, the soldiers experience a significantly more realistic exercise and can still interact haptically in the simulation.
