HENSOLDT Supervisory Board extends contract of CHRO Dr. Lars Immisch
The Supervisory Board of HENSOLDT AG extended the contract of HENSOLDT CHRO Dr. Lars Immisch to 30.04.2029. Lars Immisch has been responsible for the HR function on the Management Board of HENSOLDT AG since 1 October 2022.
"Lars Immisch has played a major role in HENSOLDT's continued growth and, in particular, in building a modern, inclusive corporate culture. The early extension of his contract confirms the value of his contribution,” said Reiner Winkler, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of HENSOLDT AG.
“The Management Board in its current composition of CEO, CFO and CHRO gives the company the stability needed in the current transformation process towards HENSOLDT 2.0.”
“With this decision, the Management Board is well positioned and, together with the top executives on the Group Executive Committee, forms a stable basis for a sustainable and future-proof orientation of the company.,” said HENSOLDT CEO Oliver Dörre.
