Operators, maintenance staff and engineers

Prerequisites

  • Participation on QRTK4NG – Operator Training (O2) if crypto use is required
  • Basic knowledge of IFF and SSR
  • Knowledge of NATO Mode 5 according to customer usage of the BTI

Note

Training includes BTI 1000I - Basic training (OT1). Hardware to be provided by the customer: IFF host (BTI 1000I) for the practical session, QRTK4NG cryptographic computer (which can be connected to the host; only if Crypto use is required), key and time loader (or a time loader and a key loader) with Mode 5 test keys.
