I’m currently the Transformation Manager since 2014 after joining the company in 2013 as an HR consultant. What I like most about my job is the interaction with our staff and ensuring that they are well taken care of. I have interfaces with all departments in the company, my role concerns mostly recruitment, employment equity and transformation & change in the organisation.

What I like about HENSOLDT is that it’s a well-known name in Optics since the 1850’s. It´s about change and the focus and vision are aligned with growth and a great future.

I chose to work for HENSOLDT because of stability and security, there will be a lot of opportunities in the company.
