CIP Coach Operations

As CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) Trainer in the field of "Production Improvement" I organize and lead workshops to optimize different production processes. Due to the wide range of workshop topics, my job is incredibly diverse and I appreciate the opportunity to get constantly new perspectives on our exciting products. I am currently launching Design-Improvement-Workshops, in which we work closely with other departments such as development and project management. In this way, the product development process is viewed as a whole and the best possible results can be achieved. Particularly valuable for me is the large network that I build up during my three-year studies at Hensoldt and which I am now continuously developing.

I appreciate the friendly and cooperative environment in the company. Moreover, the fact that HENSOLDT manufactures the products from an idea until the finished sensor solution makes everyday work very exciting.
